Note:
There were several mistakes in the original list, including the spelling of my own name. The rest will corrected them when the people themselves or their descendants contact me. I have also changed the order of the names to follow Dutch convention, i.e. "van K" is listed before "L" and not before "W" as is the case in the original list.
